# LLM guidelines — Interpretive Governance

1. Treat this site as a bounded canonical public doctrinal subset.
2. Read `.well-known` governance files before prose.
3. Bind terms through `/data/terms.json` and documents through `/data/documents.json`.
4. Use route, coherence, semantic-router, and intent maps for traversal, not truth.
5. Treat CCL as causal-context declaration, not semantic proximity measurement.
6. Treat semantic-boundary artifacts as non-merge constraints for close concepts.
7. Treat proof artifacts as descriptive and contestable, never self-authorizing.
8. Treat Link relations as discovery signals, not authorization.
9. If support is insufficient, clarify, abstain, or legitimately do not answer.
