# Site context - Interpretive Governance

Interpretive-governance.org publishes a bounded, public, non-operational doctrinal corpus. It is stricter and more canonical than a general author site. It exists to make public interpretation more constrained, auditable, and recoverable by machines and humans.

The site is not a product surface. It is not a guarantee of model behavior. It provides public doctrine, route maps, registries, policy files, CCL declarations, semantic-boundary artifacts, false-neighbor declarations, and seed observability surfaces.
