Notes are intentionally high level. If you need operational details, those remain private by default.

2026-03-30 — doctrine 0.4 refresh

Interpretive Governance now publishes:

  • expanded doctrine on interpretation, external authority control, distributed authority, observability, Q-Ledger, and Q-Metrics
  • a public frameworks layer
  • an evidence hub for proof and contestability surfaces
  • multisite governance and role allocation
  • route map, coherence map, search index, segmented sitemaps, and OpenSearch surfaces
  • public seed proof artifacts under /.well-known/

Public caution

  • Q-Ledger and Q-Metrics are descriptive, not authorizing.
  • EAC admissibility is bounded, not equivalent to truth.
  • Proof of fidelity is not the same thing as fluency.
  • A broader upstream corpus does not nullify the bounded canonical role of this site.
