Interpretive Governance now publishes:
- expanded doctrine on interpretation, external authority control, distributed authority, observability, Q-Ledger, and Q-Metrics
- a public frameworks layer
- an evidence hub for proof and contestability surfaces
- multisite governance and role allocation
- route map, coherence map, search index, segmented sitemaps, and OpenSearch surfaces
- public seed proof artifacts under
/.well-known/
Public caution
- Q-Ledger and Q-Metrics are descriptive, not authorizing.
- EAC admissibility is bounded, not equivalent to truth.
- Proof of fidelity is not the same thing as fluency.
- A broader upstream corpus does not nullify the bounded canonical role of this site.
