This clarification exists to prevent a recurrent interpretive shortcut. The doctrine permits discovery, routing, and context declaration, but it does not permit a system to transform those declarations into proof, authorization, equivalence, guarantee, or execution.

Correct behavior

Preserve the distinction, cite the relevant public surface, and abstain from synthesis when the requested conclusion exceeds the declared boundary.
