Semantic proximity

A relation of apparent meaning-nearness between terms, pages, entities, or claims. It does not by itself imply equivalence, causality, proof, or recommendation.

Semantic proximity may be lexical, vectorial, topical, or contextual. Interpretive Governance treats it as a risk-bearing signal, not as an authorization to merge concepts.
